All our accommodations are thoughtfully designed to cater to both your comfort and professional requirements. Each apartment is equipped with a range of amenities, including high-speed WiFi, a coffee maker, washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit, Bluetooth speaker, essential kitchen and bathroom items, and a Smart TV, among other conveniences, to enhance the stay and ensure the needs are met.

What is your cleaning process for the accommodation ?

We maintain a rigorous cleaning regimen for our apartments, implementing thorough sanitation before and after each booking. Our cleaning procedures strictly follow COVID-19 protocols to guarantee the safety and health of our guests.

Furthermore, we offer fresh bed linens and towels for every booking, and their replacement can be arranged during your stay based on the duration of the reservation. The comfort and hygiene are our top priorities.

What steps should I take in case of an emergency within the accommodation ?

In the event of a critical emergency, we advise to dial the local emergency contact numbers provided in the accommodation's home manual.

Additionally, Azurio Ventures works with an external digital company that offer customer support platform for urgent matters or immediate accommodation repairs, such as addressing water leaks or power outages. Routine inquiries and requests are managed by our concierge service during standard business hours.
